Welcome to Okro Gvino.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Okro Gvino website and your purchase of products from Okro Gvino LLC (“Okro Gvino,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. AGE REQUIREMENT

YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD TO PURCHASE OR RECEIVE ALCOHOL FROM OKRO GVINO.

By placing an order containing wine, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and legally permitted to purchase alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol may not be purchased for, transferred to, or supplied to anyone under 21 years of age.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when we cannot reasonably verify compliance with applicable age requirements or other laws.

2. WASHINGTON STATE ALCOHOL SALES

Okro Gvino LLC is a Washington State wine retailer operating under applicable Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board licensing requirements.

Online consumer purchases are currently available only for lawful fulfillment within Washington State and within the delivery areas offered by Okro Gvino.

Wine purchased from Okro Gvino is not for resale.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales when required by licensing restrictions, delivery limitations, inventory availability, or applicable law.

3. ORDERS

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Submitting an order does not guarantee that the order will be fulfilled.

We may cancel, decline, or modify an order because of:

• Product availability

• Pricing or website errors

• Payment issues

• Age verification concerns

• Delivery limitations

• Suspected fraud

• Legal or regulatory requirements

• Circumstances that prevent us from lawfully completing the transaction

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount to the original payment method.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice.

You are responsible for the purchase price of the products, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and any other fees disclosed before completing your purchase.

All online orders and payments must be fully processed before wine leaves the licensed premises for delivery.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, or calculation errors.

If an error affects an order you have already submitted, we may contact you, cancel the affected product or order, and issue an appropriate refund.

5. TAXES

Applicable Washington State and local taxes will be charged as required by law.

Tax amounts may vary depending on the location associated with the transaction or delivery.

Customers are responsible for all taxes lawfully applicable to their purchase.

6. DELIVERY AREA

Okro Gvino currently offers delivery only to eligible addresses within the Washington State delivery areas made available through our website or checkout.

Delivery availability and fees may vary by location.

Providing a delivery address does not guarantee that delivery is available to that location.

Alcohol deliveries may only be completed at locations permitted under applicable Washington law.

7. DELIVERY LOCATIONS

Wine may only be delivered to an eligible residence or business at an address permitted under Washington law.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel delivery to an address that is outside our delivery area or that we cannot lawfully serve.

8. 21+ RECIPIENT AND AGE VERIFICATION

Wine will not be left unattended.

A person who is at least 21 years old must be present to accept the delivery.

The person accepting the delivery must provide acceptable identification when requested so that their age can be verified before the wine is released.

The person accepting the delivery does not necessarily have to be the person who originally placed the order, but the recipient must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to receive alcoholic beverages.

If no eligible person age 21 or older is available to accept the order, the wine cannot be delivered.

9. REFUSED OR UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY

We cannot complete a wine delivery if:

• No person age 21 or older is available to accept the order

• The recipient cannot provide acceptable proof of age

• The recipient appears intoxicated

• The address cannot lawfully receive the order

• Delivery would otherwise violate applicable law

When delivery cannot legally be completed, the wine will not be released to the recipient.

We may contact you to arrange another eligible delivery when appropriate.

Additional delivery charges may apply when redelivery is necessary because no eligible recipient was available or the delivery requirements could not be satisfied.

10. INTOXICATED RECIPIENTS

Alcohol may not be delivered to a person who shows signs of intoxication.

Okro Gvino and any person lawfully delivering alcohol on our behalf reserve the right to refuse delivery when the recipient appears intoxicated or when delivery would otherwise violate applicable law.

11. DELIVERY TIMING

Any delivery date or time provided by Okro Gvino is an estimate unless we expressly state otherwise.

Delivery timing may be affected by order volume, traffic, weather, product availability, customer availability, and other circumstances.

All alcohol deliveries will be made only during hours permitted under Washington law.

12. DELIVERY INFORMATION AND RECORDS

Okro Gvino may collect and maintain information associated with a delivery as required by Washington law, including information relating to the purchaser, recipient, delivery address, and dates and times of purchase and delivery.

Customers agree to provide accurate information necessary for lawful fulfillment of their order.

13. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Wine availability is not guaranteed.

Certain wines, vintages, or quantities may sell out or become unavailable.

We reserve the right to:

• Limit quantities

• Discontinue products

• Cancel unavailable products

• Offer an alternative product with your approval

• Cancel an order and issue a refund when the ordered product cannot be fulfilled

We will not substitute a materially different wine without your approval.

14. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our wines, including grape variety, region, vintage, tasting notes, winemaking methods, and other product information.

Tasting notes and descriptions of aromas, flavors, textures, and pairings are subjective and individual experiences may vary.

Bottle labels, packaging, vintages, closures, and other product characteristics shown in photographs may occasionally differ from available inventory.

If a specific vintage or product characteristic is important to your purchase, please review the product listing or contact us before ordering.

15. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Because we sell alcoholic beverages, all sales are generally final except where a refund, replacement, return, or other remedy is required by law or approved by Okro Gvino.

If you receive:

• The wrong product

• A damaged bottle

• A broken or leaking bottle

• An order that materially differs from what you purchased

Please include your order information and, when helpful, photographs showing the issue.

After reviewing the circumstances, we may provide an appropriate replacement, credit, or refund.

Refunds, when issued, will generally be returned to the original payment method.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

16. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@okrogvino.com.

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been processed or prepared for delivery.

Any cancellation or refund will remain subject to applicable alcohol laws and our ability to lawfully process the request.

17. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special pricing may be subject to additional conditions, including:

• Eligibility restrictions

• Minimum purchase requirements

• Product exclusions

• Expiration dates

• Quantity limits

Promotions have no cash value unless otherwise required by law and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

We may modify or discontinue promotions to the extent permitted by law.

Alcohol should be consumed responsibly.

After lawful delivery, you are responsible for the proper possession, storage, service, and consumption of the products you purchase.

You are responsible for complying with applicable laws relating to the possession, transportation, service, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Do not drink and drive.

Information appearing on our website regarding wine, food pairings, ingredients, production methods, or similar subjects is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical or health advice.

19. WEBSITE USE

You agree not to use our website:

• For unlawful purposes

• To purchase alcohol if you are under 21

• To purchase alcohol for anyone under 21

• To provide false age or identity information

• To engage in fraud or misrepresentation

• To interfere with website security or operation

• To access systems or information without authorization

• To resell alcoholic beverages purchased from us

• In any manner that violates applicable law

We may restrict or terminate access to our website when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
