MUKUZANI

Our Mukuzani is a rich, full-bodied Georgian red wine made from Saperavi, Georgia’s signature red grape and one of the world’s rare teinturier varieties. Unlike most red wine grapes, Saperavi has naturally red flesh as well as red skin, giving the wine its characteristically deep color and bold intensity.

The wine is then aged in oak, developing greater depth, structure and complexity. Aromas of sweet cherry and dark chocolate are complemented by subtle notes of vanilla and spice. On the palate, it is full-bodied and expressive, with rich flavors of ripe cherries and chocolate, balanced tannins, and a smooth, lingering finish.

Bold and refined, it pairs beautifully with hearty meat dishes, smoked meats, pork, grilled beef, and a variety of cheeses.
