KISI QVEVRI

Our Kisi Qvevri is an expressive Georgian white wine made using the ancient qvevri method, the world’s oldest known winemaking tradition. The wine is fermented and aged in a qvevri, large clay vessel traditionally buried underground, allowing it to develop greater texture, depth and complexity.

It offers a distinct varietal aroma with delicate notes of wildflowers. On the palate, it is beautifully balanced, with a soft tannin structure and a long, lingering finish.

Rich in tradition yet remarkably versatile, it pairs beautifully with seafood, vegetables and a variety of cheeses.
